SatyaMool is a fundamental research and information platform that helps long-term investors study Indian stock fundamentals, mutual funds, ETFs, IPOs, and bonds. We present structured financial data, ratios, scores, and research tools so that you can make informed decisions on your own.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in a manner consistent with applicable Indian law, including the spirit of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. By creating an account or otherwise using SatyaMool, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the platform.

02 Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to operate the platform and provide our research services. This falls into a few broad categories:

Account information

• Identifiers you provide — your name, email address, and the password you set when registering. Passwords are stored only in a hashed, non-reversible form.
• Subscription details — the plan you are on (Free or Pro) and related billing status. Where you make a payment, the transaction is handled by a payment processor and we do not store your full card or bank details on our systems.

Content you enter

• Watchlists and portfolio data — the instruments you add to a watchlist, and any holdings, quantities, and transactions you choose to record in the portfolio tracker. This information is entered by you, for your own analysis.
• Preferences and settings — saved screens, filters, and similar choices that personalise your experience.

Usage and technical data

• Usage data — pages you view, features you use, search queries within the platform, and general interaction patterns that help us improve the product.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, device and operating-system information, and timestamps, collected automatically when you access the service.
• Cookies and local storage — small data files and browser storage used to keep you signed in and remember your session. See Cookies & Local Storage below.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, biometric data, or banking credentials in order to use the research platform. Please do not send us such information unless we specifically and lawfully request it.

• To provide the service — to create and maintain your account, authenticate you, and deliver the research data, screens, scores, and tools you request.
• To save your work — to store and display your watchlists, portfolio entries, and preferences across sessions and devices.

• To meet legal obligations — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from authorities.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate business interests in running a secure and reliable service, and compliance with legal obligations.

04 Cookies & Local Storage

SatyaMool uses cookies and browser local storage to make the platform work and to remember you between visits. In particular:

• Essential session storage — we store a session token in your browser's local storage so that you stay signed in and do not have to re-enter your credentials on every page. Without this, core features will not function.
• Preference storage — we may remember interface choices, such as saved filters or layout preferences, to give you a consistent experience.
• Analytics — we may use limited, privacy-respecting measurement to understand aggregate usage and improve the product. This is used in an aggregated form and is not used to build advertising profiles of you.

You can control or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential storage will prevent you from staying logged in and may break parts of the service.

05 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

• Business transfers — if CapXone Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections of this Policy.

The research and market data shown on SatyaMool is derived from publicly available market data, exchange and regulatory sources. This data is informational and is not personal data about you.

06 Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard transport security (HTTPS/TLS).
• Storage of passwords only in hashed form, never in plain text.
• Access controls that restrict access to personal data to authorised personnel who need it to operate the service.
• Logical separation and safeguards around account, watchlist, and portfolio data.

While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. 07 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the service. After that, we retain and use information only to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

When personal data is no longer required for these purposes, we will delete it or anonymise it so that it can no longer be associated with you. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, subject to any retention required by law.

• Correction — to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You can update much of your account information directly within the platform.

• Grievance redressal — to raise a concern or complaint about how we handle your personal data with our Grievance Officer.

09 Children

SatyaMool is intended for adults. The platform is not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are under 18, please do not create an account or use the service.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take suitable action.
